Panda: what are the idea and expectations on the part of business and politics in your services basically? Dr. Kulczak: Essential for success is a certain desire for change among the customers and the willingness to believe that problems can be solved only by personal leadership, skill and knowledge of the employees in the company. It’s always about all fields of activity of a company.

But the people are always the highest good are the knowledge and potential of the company. Therefore not primarily is our advice about savings on a superficial level, but long-term changes.
